I also advised on internal lending practices, confidentiality, financial disclosures, regulatory considerations, and relationships with borrowers, investors, brokers, and other transaction participants. This combination of transactional and enforcement work allowed Mortgage Tree Capital to approach financing opportunities with stronger documentation, clearer remedies, and better protected capital.
