Rachel was a pleasure to work with. She was extremely cooperative with me and my schedule. She brought her own ideas to the table and exceeded my expectations. She was also very professional and had a good eye for detail. I’m very impressed and will be working with her again.

Overall Rachel was good to work with, they really cared that we were getting what we needed and tried hard to improve the checkout experience for our products. However, timeliness wasn't great, our delivery date pushed twice.
