TEDx is an internationally recognized event format that presents inspiring ideas and stories from all parts of the world in local communities. These independently organized events are designed to share "Ideas Worth Spreading" and thus have a positive impact on society. Since the founding of TEDx Salzburg by Ed Bayo, I have been instrumental in the professional preparation and support of the speakers. My expertise lies in optimally preparing our speakers for their presentations so that their messages come across as impressive and inspiring. My main responsibilities include - Intensive individual coaching for speakers - Preparation and implementation of workshops - Collaboration with the TEDx organizing committee - Fine-tuning presentation content and techniques - Ensuring that TEDx guidelines are adhered to - Support in the creation of presentation materials - Continuous development of speaker training methods Through my work, I help to ensure that TEDx Salzburg events offer a high level of quality and inspiration. It is my goal to support each individual in sharing their story effectively and authentically.
