Über mich
Hi, I’m Iain - a retired British quantity surveyor (RICS member, 2009–2022) with 30 years on the contractor’s side of construction, mostly overseas: tenders, valuations, variations and final accounts.
I do two things. First, contractor-side QS support - comparing subcontractor quotes, preparing payment applications, pricing variations and final accounts, plus the spreadsheets behind them. Second, taking the grind out of your admin with automation and dashboards that do the repetitive work.
