FAQ
Do you need access to my server?
Not to start. The scan and the external testing run from outside. For the hardening work in Standard and Premium I will need admin or SSH access, and I am happy to sign an NDA first.
Will the test take my site down?
No. I run non-destructive tests by default. Anything that could affect availability is done on a staging copy, or with your written approval at a time you choose.
Is this just an automated scanner report?
No. Scanners are only the starting point. The value is the manual testing on top, and every finding is verified before it reaches the report, so you are not chasing false positives.
Do you fix the problems too, or only report them?
I fix them in Standard and Premium. Basic is the audit and the report. If you order Basic and then want the fixes, I can send a custom offer for exactly what was found.
