I will build a 3 statement financial model and dcf valuation for your startup
Investment Banking AVP
Über diesen Service
I build three-statement financial models and DCF valuations for startups raising seed and Series A capital. I'm an investment banking AVP and model institutional transactions for a living.
WHY THIS ISN'T A TEMPLATE
- Revenue is built bottom-up, from spend to leads to customers to recurring revenue. No growth rate is ever simply assumed.
- Acquisition costs rise as you scale. Templates hold them flat and produce numbers investors don't believe.
- Every hire is named with a role and start month. Your hiring plan is your use of funds.
- Fully formula-driven. Change one assumption and the whole model moves, so you can answer an investor's question in the room.
- Integrity-checked. The balance sheet balances, the cash flow ties, and a check tab proves it.
- Valuation is triangulated across a DCF, the venture capital method and comparable multiples. No single method is reliable pre-profit.
WHAT YOU GET
A working Excel file, not a PDF. It's your model. You should be able to change it and defend it without me. I'll also tell you if your numbers don't hold up. A model that flatters you into a meeting and fails in diligence is worse than none.

FAQ
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes, happy to before we discuss anything specific.
How long does it take?
Four days for the starter model, seven for the full monthly build, ten with valuation and cap table. The clock starts once you've answered the brief questions. If you have a fixed investor deadline, message me first and I'll confirm it.
Do I need to have revenue already?
No. Pre-revenue models are built entirely from drivers; pricing, funnel assumptions and hiring plan. I'll tell you which assumptions are defensible and which ones an investor will challenge.
Will you tell me if my numbers don't work?
Yes. A model that flatters you into a meeting and falls apart in diligence is worse than no model. If the unit economics don't hold, you'll hear it from me before you hear it from an investor.
Can I edit the model afterwards?
That's the point. You get the working Excel file with every formula live and every assumption on one sheet.
What industries do you cover?
B2B SaaS and technology. I also work on marketplaces, fintech, and project feasibility models.
