I worked closely with a coaching business to fully setup, optimize, and automate their GoHighLevel CRM with the goal of increasing lead conversion, improving follow-up speed, and scaling client enrollment through automation. My role as a GoHighLevel expert and automation specialist involved designing a complete GoHighLevel sales funnel, building high-converting landing pages, and implementing GoHighLevel automation workflows that replaced manual tasks with a smart, rule-based system. I configured the GoHighLevel CRM setup, including pipelines, stages, tags, custom fields, and lead tracking. Leads were captured through GoHighLevel landing pages and automatically routed into the correct pipeline using GHL workflows and triggers. Each lead received personalized email and SMS automation based on actions such as opt-ins, bookings, and webinar registrations. For outreach and nurturing, I built a multi-day email automation campaign inside GoHighLevel. When a lead registered for a coaching webinar, the system automatically removed them from cold email automation and enrolled them into a GoHighLevel webinar funnel workflow, ensuring clean segmentation and better email deliverability. I also handled GoHighLevel workflow optimization, automation logic, appointment booking automation, Stripe payment setup, and client onboarding workflows.
