My work focuses on consequential automated workflows, including approval and authority boundaries, changed-condition handling, human oversight, escalation points, evidence requirements, traceability, and release acceptance criteria. I design written, evidence-bounded review methods and decision-ready documentation for AI-enabled workflows and automation. Current work includes product development, internal testing, commercial engineering, documentation, structured external evaluation, and the development of CONTROLTOWER OS as a commercial workflow-governance proposition.
