Highly professional and genuinely helpful. When a couple of things fell outside the usual scope, he made an exception and sorted them out without any fuss. At one point he couldn't access the site due to its security setup, but he handled it smoothly through a VPN - no drama, just solved it. He went well above what I expected. Highly recommend.
