I've used Mr. Josh in the past with great results. This time was different. I asked for a book cover design. The text I provided was not included on the back cover. There was no spine on the book! The work took several times back and forth - very different from my original experience! I was not satisfied...

Mistake after mistake with revisions needed to fix errors introduced by the freelancer themselves. Took weeks to make acceptable. Hired a another freelances to advise thereby increasing the overall costs! Quite drawn out, lack of attention to detail with every revision, and overall quite painful.

Mr. Josh was great to work with. He completed the revisions that I ask for in a timely manner. I had my own design but needed it polished. He did a good job. I never give five-star reviews because there's always room for improvement but I think you will be pleased with his work.

The cover is perfect beyond my expectations but lack of communication and time it took to correct except for this final correction leaves something to be desired. You have to communicate more often keep the customer involved not let his thoughts wander into negativity
