Hi! My name is Michael Cohen, and after over a decade of 3D printing experience, I've seen and fixed a huge variety of 3D printing problems. In my workshop I am currently running an Ender 3 Pro, Ender 5 Pro and CR-10 S4 3D Printer.
Solving 3D printer calibration issues like bed levels or clogged nozzles can be so frustrating and lead to time consuming failures. I can fix most 3D printing issues in a single Zoom session, getting you up and running toward what matters most. Sometimes a simple change in the 3D printer firmware or 3D printer settings can make a big difference in print quality.

I have over 20 years of experience teaching technology and have taught 3D printing to well over 100 students online.
I have broad expertise; I have worked with FDM printers from companies like Creality, AnyCubic, Monoprice, Flash Forge, Prusa and more.
Note: I only work with FDM 3D printers, not resin.

Can you help me troubleshoot my 3D printer?
If the 3D printer is an FDM type printer(Fused Deposition Modeling) I can almost certainly help. Not sure if your 3D printer is a FDM? If it is not a Resin 3D printer that prints upside down it is most likely to be a FDM 3D printer. Not sure? Just ask!

We will meet via Zoom and you can show me the 3D printing issue and share anything you have done to try to solve the problem. I can usually figure out a solution to most common 3D printer issues in the first session.
