Über diesen Service
Your AI or software team builds fast. Agile keeps that speed from turning into chaos.
I set up scrum from scratch for teams that are new to it or struggling with it. I have led 20+ engineers across Mercedes-Benz R&D, Skoda VW, and Renault-Nissan using agile in real AI and software environments.
What I set up for you: sprint structure and ceremonies (planning, standup, review, retro), a working definition of done, backlog setup with user stories, team roles and responsibilities, and a sprint cadence you can actually stick to.
Who this is for: startup CTO with a new engineering team, founder hiring their first developers, or any team doing sprints but skipping retros and wondering why nothing improves.
You get documents you can use on day one, not theory slides. PSPO I certified. PMP certified. 14 years in product.

FAQ
Do I need to have a technical background to use what you deliver?
No. Everything I deliver is written for the team to use immediately. I explain the why, not just the what, so your team understands and can run the process without me.
My team already does sprints. Can you still help?
Yes. I often find that teams doing sprints are missing key parts: no real retros, no definition of done, backlog that nobody trusts. I audit what you have and fix the gaps.
