His work is very good, he's talented and very nice. The one constructive feedback I do have is the length of time it took to complete. It took 16 days for 1 design that I had already drawn-up as guidance, which is just too long for me. I am aware of the time difference, but even with that into account, waiting 2-3 full days between revisions was the norm.
