This service is primarily aimed at software-based inventions, which currently face a high rate of rejection by the USPTO due to 101 subject matter rejections. By spending $100 on this service, you can avoid spending $5000 or more on pursuing a software patent that is likely to be denied. Furthermore, this service can provide you with peace of mind as you move forward with your software application. However, please note that while our evaluation can identify whether your application is patentable under 35 U.S.C. § 101, there may be other non-35 U.S.C. § 101 rejections and objections that could prevent your application from being granted.
