He delivered exactly what I asked for. It exceeded my expectations, its all set up perfectly for the machine, hoop size, and colors that I would use to its basically plug and play. The density on the embroidery file is perfect so I don't have to worry about it getting to thick and ruining the embroidery....

Difficult expressing and explaining needs of the revisions due to language barrier. File did not come out the way I was hoping it would. However, they were very willing to keep trying to help.
