- Support end-to-end recruitment processes across North America and Canada, partnering closely with recruiters, candidates, interviewers, and hiring stakeholders. - Coordinate and manage interview processes, including scheduling, candidate communication, interviewer coordination, and follow-up for both virtual and in-person interviews. - Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment activities using Workday ATS, ensuring accurate candidate data, timely updates, and effective coordination throughout the hiring process. - Partner with recruiters throughout the selection process, supporting candidate screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding activities. - Manage job creation requests and job postings, ensuring accuracy and alignment with recruitment requirements. - Prepare and coordinate offer letters, manage approvals and signatures, and maintain accurate recruitment documentation. - Support the end-to-end Visa PERM processes, ensuring documentation accuracy, compliance, and timely coordination with relevant stakeholders. - Coordinate new hire documentation and collaborate with the Onboarding team to ensure a seamless transition from candidate selection to employment. - Maintain adherence to SLAs and recruitment processes, ensuring timely execution and a consistent candidate experience.
