He did not meet my expectations as the work had no clarity about what he had done and no updated report on the project. The packet tracer ping had many failures. He did not show competency in the work after I had presented him with almost 70% of the work done.

Me hubiera gustado que me entregará antes con todo lo solicitado, pero al final si pudo entregarlo y siempre estuvo anuente para hacer las correciones solictadas. Muchas gracias.
