A video that loops behind your band.
Not a project file you have to learn. Not something with a watermark across it. A finished video that plays off a laptop or a USB stick and loops without a seam you can see.
Seven years of this, for rock and metal. It started with a Tool tribute band that needed something behind them.
Tell me what you sound like. Name a band if that is easier. I will know whether you mean slow psychedelic drift, black and white grain, something molten and red, or strobing geometry that hits on the downbeat.
WHAT YOU GET
A seamless loop. The end hands off to the start, so it runs all night with no jump.
The resolution your screen actually runs. Send me the LED wall spec or the projector model. If you do not know, ask the venue and send me what they say.
No watermark. No logo. Nothing burned in that is not yours.
MP4 for a laptop. ProRes or HAP if your tech asks.
Your artwork worked in if you want it. Cover, logo, sigil, flyer.
Play it off a laptop set to loop, a media player, a USB stick in the back of the LED processor, or hand it to the venue tech on a drive.

Seven years making live visuals for rock and metal. It started with a Tool tribute band that needed something behind them.
What you get is a video file that loops. Seamless, no watermark, cut to the length you want, at the resolution your screen or projector runs. Play it off a laptop, a USB stick, or hand it to the venue. Psychedelic, atmospheric, heavy, aggressive. Name a band you sound like and I will know which one you mean. I cut promo videos too.
My other gig is small business websites: menus, hours, booking, self-serve admin.

FAQ
What resolution do I need?
Ask the venue, or look at the back of the screen. Common ones are 1920x1080 and 3840x2160, and LED walls are often odd and wide, like 1920x480. Send me the number and I will build to it. Projecting onto a wall or a sheet, 1080p is fine.
How do I play it at the show?
Same as any video. A laptop with the file set to repeat, a cheap media player, or a USB stick in the back of the TV or the LED processor. You can also hand it to the venue tech on a drive. If you run Resolume or VDMX yourself, it drops straight in.
Will it really loop with no visible jump?
Yes. That is the part that takes the time. The last frame is built to hand off to the first, so it can run the whole set without anyone in the room noticing where it restarts.
Can you use our own artwork?
Send the cover, the logo, the sigil, an old flyer, whatever you have. It gets worked into the loop rather than pasted on top. Your record, your look.
