Do you work with Odoo Community or Odoo Enterprise?
Both. I will advise you on which edition suits your budget and requirements during our initial discussion. Community is free and powerful for most SMEs; Enterprise adds advanced features like studio, mobile app, and Odoo.sh hosting.
Which Odoo versions do you support?
I actively work with Odoo 15, 16, and 17. I also support older versions (13, 14) for bug fixes and migrations. I recommend migrating to 17 for new projects as it receives active security and feature updates.
Can you migrate my data from my existing system (QuickBooks, SAP, Excel)?
Yes. Data migration is included in the Standard and Premium packages. I handle customer and vendor records, products, inventory balances, open invoices, and historical transactions. The scope will be confirmed before we begin.
Do I need to provide server access?
For server setup I will need temporary SSH access or hosting credentials. If you prefer, I can deploy on a test environment first and migrate to production once you have approved everything. Confidentiality agreements are available on request.
What if my requirements are larger than the Premium package?
No problem. Message me with your full scope and I will send a custom offer. I have delivered large-scale implementations for 50+ user companies and I adjust timelines, pricing, and milestones accordingly.
Will you support me after delivery?
The Premium package includes 14 days of post-launch support. For all packages I am available for follow-up gigs at any time. Many clients keep me on a monthly retainer for ongoing development and updates.
