MKT Works is the parent company of Pixel Punch Lab. Lead marketplace strategy and operational improvement for established businesses and consumer brands building or scaling direct-to-consumer channels. Our work spans commercial planning, budgeting, marketplace onboarding, account management, listing and creative optimisation, advertising, fulfilment, reporting and profitability across Amazon Seller and Vendor Central, eBay, Temu and major retail marketplaces. Recent projects include launching five marketplaces for a 100-year-old brand within three months, delivering £500k in net sales within eight months and £1m within 15 months while meeting profitability targets.

Built and led the Money Cruncher marketplace and direct-to-consumer operation, with end-to-end responsibility for sales, marketing, content, operations, finance and commercial performance. Took the operation from £440k revenue and a £5k loss in FY19 to five consecutive profitable years, culminating in £11.9m revenue and £790k net profit in FY24. Across FY20–FY24, the operation generated £29.3m in cumulative revenue and approximately £2.2m in net profit. Creation of the Money Cruncher brand and its marketplace storefronts to Top-25 seller status on Amazon and eBay. Responsibilities included marketplace strategy, listing content, paid media, pricing, trading, fulfilment and customer experience. Alongside the commercial growth, implemented a scan-to-pick warehouse system, reduced refunds from 4.8% to under 1%, increased picking productivity from 62 to more than 100 items per hour, and saved or avoided over £40k in annual logistics costs. Built a distributed team from 2 to 29 across the UK, Philippines and China.
