I build AI systems that run in production, not in a demo. Five years shipping retrieval-augmented assistants, multi-agent automation and end-to-end ML on AWS. Recent work: a policy agent over a corporate knowledge base with grounding guardrails, a HIPAA pipeline taking session audio to a signed EHR note, and an event-driven platform that classifies and deduplicates at scale on Bedrock. AWS-native (Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, Step Functions, OpenSearch), comfortable on GCP and Azure. I own architecture through deployment and MLOps.
