A support bot that guesses is worse than no bot. The AI in my builds answers only from your own FAQs and documents, and when it isn't sure, it says so and hands the chat to your team with the full history attached.
WhatsApp bots run on Meta's official Business API, never on unofficial workarounds that risk your number.
In n8n I handle the parts that usually break: webhook verification and the 24-hour reply window on WhatsApp, bot tokens and commands on Telegram, AI agent memory, routing, retries, and error workflows that alert you the moment a step fails. Your CRM or Google Sheets stay in sync automatically.
I'm a web developer, so APIs, JSON and webhooks are familiar ground, and I test every flow end to end before handover.

FAQ
Which channels do you build for?
WhatsApp and Telegram. Each package covers a set number of channels, so tell me which one you need first and I'll confirm what fits. A second channel can be added.
Do you use the official WhatsApp Business API?
Yes. WhatsApp bots run on Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform. I don't use unofficial tools, which can get your number suspended.
Can the bot answer anything, like ChatGPT?
No, and that's deliberate. Meta's 2026 rules ban general-purpose AI chatbots on WhatsApp, so I build bots with a clear job: answering your FAQs, handling bookings or orders, and handing off to your team. Telegram bots follow the same approach.
What if the AI doesn’t know the answer?
It says so and passes the chat to your team with the full history. You choose which topics always go to a human, like refunds or complaints. Tell me where your team works (helpdesk, Slack, CRM) and I'll route it there.
What does WhatsApp itself charge?
Meta bills you directly for WhatsApp messages. Its pricing changed on October 1, 2026, so check Meta's current rate card. I'll explain what applies to your expected volume.
What costs are not included in your price?
WhatsApp message fees, AI usage, n8n hosting and any CRM subscriptions are billed to you by those providers. My price covers building, testing and handover only.
What do you need from me to get started?
For Telegram, you create the bot in BotFather and share only the bot token. I never need your Telegram password or login code. For WhatsApp, I'll guide you through the Meta setup, and Meta decides business verification.
