The format did not match Amazon's needs, even though I specifically expressed it was for Amazon. Instead of adjusting to this he suggested I change the format of my manuscript to meet his cover. He then started sending me screenshots, and utterly confused me. I would rather throw the money away and go else where,

I am very pleased with my delivery. Lan V, the graphic artist, stayed up late to finish the project because I had a deadline. I suggested a few tweaks, and they were made; the final product is excellent. I have also decided to redo the rest of my books (about ten in total) using Lan V. I have found my book cover specialist!
