I worked with a client to improve their email marketing and customer follow-up process. I helped plan and create email campaigns, wrote and formatted messages, and organized the contact list so emails could be sent to the right audience. I also set up email automation, including welcome emails and follow-up sequences for new leads. I checked the workflows, links, and email formatting before launch to make sure everything worked correctly. During the project, I reviewed campaign performance and made changes to the messaging and timing where needed. This work helped the client manage their email communication more consistently and follow up with potential customers without having to send every message manually.
