For updates, support, API access & usage fees. The $35 is payable through PayPal or Skrill.
How many times a month can the chatbot be updated?
As much as required that is reasonable. It could be done as much as three or four times a month if required.
What materials do I need to provide for training the chatbot?
You’ll need to provide documents like website links, PDFs, FAQs, or any relevant content that reflects your business. The more detailed your materials, the better the chatbot performs.
Will the chatbot work on any website platform?
Yes, I can integrate the chatbot into most website platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Wix). After ordering, I’ll confirm compatibility with your site.
Can the chatbot handle multiple languages?
Currently, the chatbot supports English. If you need multi-language support, or other language support, please message me to confirm other language options.
What happens if I’m not satisfied with the chatbot?
Your satisfaction is my priority. If you’re not happy, I’ll work with you to make adjustments. The Core package includes 1 update, Enhanced 2, and Premium 3 in the first month. The chatbot will function well but will depend on the knowledge base provided. Its knowledge base can be updated.
What is your refund policy?
If the chatbot doesn’t meet agreed specs (e.g., integration fails or it doesn’t respond using your knowledge base), I’ll fix it. Refunds are available within 14 days of delivery if issues persist, provided you’ve supplied the necessary materials. No refunds after 14 days or if the chatbot functions
