I like your work, but why should I hire you over the others?
I'm an Architect with more than 10 years of experience on architecture visualization. Not only does my portfolio speak for itself, that my reputation came with proven creative work as well as the overall quality in my communication, responsibility, and overall experience as a freelancer.
What type of architectural projects do you work on?
Houses, buildings, large scale developments, concept projects, exhibition stands, interior spaces, landscapes...
Do you only work on architectural projects?
No. Feel free to reach out to me to inquire about other creative opportunities.
Do I need to have architectural drawings?
No. A site plan with dimensions is helpful, but you can also provide available measurements, sketches and other information about the site.
Will you design the entire house?
This Gig focuses on the architectural concept and initial spatial development. If you need a more developed architectural project, we can discuss a custom offer.
Do you provide floor plans?
This Gig does not include detailed or construction-ready floor plans. The focus is on the architectural concept, spatial organization and visual development of the proposal.
Can you work with difficult or unusual sites?
Yes. The characteristics of the site are an important part of the design process. Slopes, vegetation, views, orientation and surrounding conditions can all inform the architectural concept.
Can I provide my own ideas or references?
Absolutely. Your ideas, needs and references are part of the starting point for developing the architectural concept.
Can I request a more developed project?
Yes. If you need the concept to be developed further, I can review the project and provide a custom offer depending on its scope.
Will I receive construction drawings?
No. Construction documents, structural engineering, MEP design, permits and technical documentation are not included.
