As an Embedded Systems and Electronics Design Engineer at Engineerforce, I was responsible for developing innovative electronic systems from concept through prototype and production. Working with startups, technology companies, and product development teams, I designed reliable embedded hardware and firmware solutions tailored to diverse commercial and industrial applications. My core responsibilities included electronic circuit design, schematic development, PCB layout, embedded firmware programming, prototype assembly, hardware validation, and system integration. I developed firmware for Arduino, STM32, ESP32, PIC, and ARM-based microcontrollers while implementing communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, CAN Bus, Modbus, Bluetooth, and WiFi for intelligent embedded applications. I designed single-layer, double-layer, and multilayer PCB boards using Altium Designer, KiCad, EasyEDA, Eagle CAD, and Proteus, ensuring optimized routing, component placement, signal integrity, thermal performance, and manufacturing reliability. I prepared complete fabrication packages including Gerber files, pick-and-place data, BOMs, assembly drawings, and technical documentation for PCB manufacturing. In addition to hardware design, I collaborated closely with software developers, mechanical engineers, and manufacturing teams to optimize product performance, reduce production costs, and improve design efficiency. My work involved troubleshooting hardware issues, conducting functional testing, validating prototypes, and refining embedded systems for commercial deployment. This role strengthened my expertise in PCB design, embedded systems engineering, IoT hardware development, firmware optimization, electronics prototyping, and full-cycle product development while consistently delivering high-quality engineering solutions that met strict technical and production standards.
