Your users are already showing you where your SaaS product is difficult to use. That evidence may be spread across support tickets, customer feedback, analytics, onboarding notes, feature requests and customer-success insights.
I will review the selected workflow(s) and screens alongside the relevant evidence you provide. I will identify the material UX issues within the agreed scope, explain why they matter and recommend what should be improved first.
The audit can include:
- UX, UI and interaction review
- Review of supplied user feedback and product evidence
- Existing user-flow analysis
- Annotated findings
- Severity and priority ratings
- Clear recommendations
- An improvement plan based on your package
An optional 30-minute findings call is included after delivery.
This is not user testing, technical QA or an automated audit. User research means analysing the evidence you provide. User flows means reviewing existing workflows, not creating new diagrams.
Design work is not included. Contact me for a custom offer if you would like the priority workflows or screens redesigned in Figma.

FAQ
What counts as one workflow?
A workflow is a connected sequence of screens and states used to complete one main task, such as onboarding, submitting a document, creating a report or completing an approval. Different roles, outcomes or substantial branches may count as separate workflows.
What counts as one screen or page?
One screen or page is one distinct product view. Significantly different states, layouts, roles or versions may count as separate screens. The packages include: Basic: up to 5 screens/pages Standard: up to 10 screens/pages Premium: up to 20 screens/pages
What evidence can I provide?
You can provide relevant support tickets, customer feedback, analytics, onboarding notes, customer-success insights, surveys, feature requests, cancellation reasons, session recordings or previous research.
Does user research mean you will interview users?
No. User research refers to analysing the customer feedback, analytics and other product evidence you provide. Recruitment, interviews and usability-testing sessions are not included.
Does user flows mean you will create new flow diagrams?
No. User flows refers to reviewing the existing workflows included in your package. New user-flow diagrams, wireframes and designs are not included.
Will you identify every issue with the selected workflow?
I will document all material issues identified within the agreed scope. No expert audit can guarantee that every possible issue will be discovered without testing the product with representative users. I will not add weak or unnecessary findings to reach an arbitrary number.
Is the findings call included?
Yes. An optional 30-minute call is included after delivery at no additional cost. We can review the findings, discuss the recommendations and answer questions.
Can you redesign the screens after the audit?
Yes. Design work is not included in the audit, but you can contact me for a custom offer to redesign the priority workflows or screens in Figma.
What if I have a large amount of feedback or analytics?
Please contact me before ordering. The evidence should relate directly to the selected workflows and be supplied in an organised format. Large or unstructured datasets may require a custom offer.
What does the revision cover?
The revision covers factual corrections, clarification and reasonable changes within the original scope. It does not include additional workflows, new evidence, a second audit after product changes or design work.
