FAQ
Where are you located?
I am currently located in Baltimore Maryland.
Is this a WordPress website?
No. This is a custom website hosted on Amazon AWS. It’s faster, more secure, and requires far less maintenance than WordPress. However, I can also build WP sites.
Who pays for AWS hosting?
AWS hosting is paid directly by you to Amazon. Typical cost is around $10 per month depending on usage.
Do you create the AWS account for me?
For security and billing reasons, the AWS account should be owned by you. I will guide you step-by-step and handle the technical setup.
Can you add a contact form with auto-reply?
Yes. I can set up: * Email notifications * Automatic “thank you” responses (available as an add-on)
Can I update the website myself later?
Yes. The website is simple and lightweight. You’ll receive clear instructions for making basic content updates.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance?
This gig is for website creation only. Ongoing support or updates can be discussed separately if needed.
What do you need from me to start?
* Website text/content * Logo (if you have one) * Images (or I can use placeholders) * Domain name (if already owned) - Will need access to DNS or you will need to add parameters as needed for project completion.
