Led a team of interns to design and develop a modern IVR Flow Builder that fully replaced the company’s legacy IVR system with a React-based node-graph interface supporting drag-and-drop flow creation, real-time preview, and advanced conditional routing logic. Built an interactive flowchart-driven environment that enabled non-technical staff to visually create, edit, and manage complex IVR call flows, significantly reducing configuration time and human error. Also developed an integrated Call Analytics Dashboard to track key metrics such as call volume, duration, drop-off rates, and flow performance, enabling better operational insights. Throughout the project, mentored and coordinated interns by conducting code reviews, setting sprint goals, and ensuring timely delivery of features using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
