Über mich
I build automation systems for real estate agents using n8n:lead capture, instant AI replies, hot/cold scoring, and 90-day follow-up sequences. I have delivered three client systems, including two brokerages in Texas. One is still running today. A 13-year Dallas broker told me she had tested two dozen tools before this one finally stuck. Everything runs inside your own accounts. Your inbox, your sheets, your CRM. You own it after delivery, and there is no monthly fee to me. Tell me where your leads are leaking and I will map the fix before you order.... Mehr lesen

Build and deploy lead automation systems for real estate agents and brokerages. Three client systems delivered to date: two brokerages in Texas and one in India. WHAT THE SYSTEMS DO: Capture leads from website forms, portal email alerts, and social lead ads. Send a personalised AI-written first response in under 60 seconds. Score each lead hot or cold so agents call the right people first. Alert the agent immediately on hot leads. Run a 90-day follow-up sequence that stops the moment the lead replies. Log everything to a live sheet and send a weekly performance summary. HOW I BUILD: Workflows are built in n8n and deployed inside the client's own accounts: their inbox, their sheets, their CRM. The client owns the system outright after handover, with no ongoing platform fee and no dependency on me. Integrations include Gmail API, Google Sheets, Twilio for SMS, and most CRMs with an open API. EVERY DELIVERY INCLUDES: A recorded walkthrough, written documentation, and a live test before handover. Two of the three systems remain in active use.
