I am a Civil Engineer with a Master's Degree in structural engineering and 10+ years of engineering consultancy experience in structural analysis and design of residential, commercial, office/workspace and industrial buildings, detailing of timber, reinforced concrete, structural steel, and reinforced concrete masonry structures, applying hand calculations, spreadsheets & calculation software according to applicable design standards.
I can prepare and review design calculations, structural drawings, cost estimate, specifications, make recommendations and approve vendor's documents.

Great to work with! Contractor had provided some incorrect information, then had to wait for quite a while for more information from contractor. Francisco was polite, charged a reasonable amount for the re-work and had a quick turn around.
