Do I need to already have HubSpot?
Yes. This gig is for companies with an active HubSpot license (Free, Starter, Pro or Enterprise) that want to get more value from it. For brandnew setups, see my Build gig.
Who is your typical client?
B2B with a sales team (5+ reps), 20-500 employees, midmarket in Spain, UK, Italy. Sectors: industrial, distribution, professional services, software, manufacturing
Do you need access to my portal?
Yes, a temporary admin user for the duration of the project. NDA available. I never export data outside your HubSpot environment.
How much of my team's time will this take?
Audit: 1h kickoff. Fix or Rescue: 2-3 calls of 30min with sales/marketing lead. I do the rest.
What if I take the Audit but not the Fix?
No problem. The Audit and roadmap are yours. Many clients start with Audit, get internal approval, and come back 2-3 weeks later for Fix.
Does this work with HubSpot Free?
Yes, though optimization options are more limited. I'll tell you honestly whether upgrading to Starter or Pro is worth it in your case.
