I built and optimized GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM systems for businesses to improve lead management, follow-up processes, and customer retention. I created automated workflows, pipelines, triggers, and campaigns that helped increase conversions while saving time through smart automation. I designed high-converting sales funnels, landing pages, forms, surveys, and booking calendars using the GoHighLevel Funnel Builder. I also managed A2P 10DLC registration to ensure businesses remained compliant for SMS marketing and uninterrupted messaging services. I set up and maintained Twilio integrations, phone numbers, call tracking systems, voicemail drops, and two-way SMS communication channels. In addition, I developed email and SMS nurture sequences for lead generation, appointment reminders, follow-ups, and customer reactivation campaigns. As a virtual assistant, I handled calendar management, customer communication, lead follow-up, data entry, and other administrative support tasks. I also monitored campaign performance, created reports, and continuously improved automations based on key metrics and results. I supported agencies and small businesses with white-label GoHighLevel account setup, SaaS onboarding, troubleshooting, and client training to ensure smooth operations and long-term success.
