My name is Kian Jenkinson, i have recently finished Sixth Form in which i achieved a Distinction Grade in Business, Applied Science and Digital Media. I have also worked part time in both hospitality in retail with two years of experience in each sector. My main skills and abilities include Project Management, Time Management, i consistently meet deadlines which can be seen in my sixth form courses which were all coursework heavy. I work well with completing documents, carrying out research or analysis and creating reports.

During this part-time work, i developed a range of important skills surrounding marketing of products, working in sales to meet weekly and daily quotas, being relied on for store performance such as add-on conversion rates. I met these weekly quotas and pushed myself consistently which can be seen through the company's commission bonus where you recieve 5% of an add-on you sell. For example, in July 2025 i earned an extra £73 from add-on sales which equates to around 37 add-ons sold which is more than one per day. During this part-time work, i also learned alot about business performance and used this in my Business Coursework to analyse and create reports and documents based on the business performance.
