OptimizeWork SN is a two-founder team supporting small and mid-sized businesses with process improvement and management reporting. We map recurring workflows, identify practical bottlenecks and build maintainable solutions with Excel, Power Query, VBA and Power BI. We agree the scope, inputs, deliverables and timing before each project begins. Italian is our primary working language; English-language projects are scoped in writing and reviewed carefully.
