Choose Basic for a ready build, Standard when signing/setup is needed, and Premium when your build also has several TestFlight-related errors.
5. Can you fix Xcode or signing errors?
Yes, common certificate, provisioning, bundle ID, signing and upload problems are covered according to your package. Major code problems require review first.
6. Can you configure App Store Connect?
