I have worked in retail, as a running salesman, for over three years. I have volunteered at multiple locations to help small communities with selling products to others and to do some heavy lifting when needed. I have participated in three sports over the past fifteen years including Baseball, Soccer, and currently Running. I have almost seven years of running experience and have run for a college level D1 school. I am very well informed on physical activity and have coached a few trainees into shape by preparing running workouts for them weekly. I believe If I can help why shouldn't?
