Key Challenges & Solutions 1. Solution: Replaced visual page builders with custom, lightweight Gutenberg blocks engineered with clean HTML5/CSS3 and native WordPress APIs. 2. High Bounce Rates on Mobile Devices Challenge: Over 60% of traffic came from mobile devices, but the previous site layout broke on smaller screen sizes. Solution: Designed and built a fully responsive mobile-first architecture with custom fluid typography and fast touch interactions. 3. Difficult Content Editing for Non-Technical Staff Challenge: Updating simple text or images required developer assistance due to fragile visual editor layouts. Solution: Developed an intuitive block-based backend workflow with pre-built custom page templates, making page management drag-and-drop simple.
