How Many Hours Of Audio or Video Transcripts Can You Deliver Within 24 Hours?
I can accurately transcribe up to five hours (300 minutes) for full verbatim transcription in less than 24 hours. Transcription works above this limit should be communicated to me first before placing an order.
What Type of Transcription Do You Provide?
I provide Clean Verbatim (absence of filler words such as ehm, umm, err) transcriptions by default, with the final transcripts being proofread. To demand otherwise, kindly let me know and I will do as demanded by you.
What Is Your Basic Speaker Limit?
My basic speaker limit is up to 3. If your audio/video contains more than 3 speakers, that will attract an additional charge.
What If My File Is Large? How Do I Send It?
With a large audio or video file, I recommend you upload it to one of the following online storage and provide me with the link to it. 1. Google Drive 2. Drop Box 3. Wetransfer 4. One Drive 5. etc You can contact me for a simple guide on how to go about it.
