FAQ
What access do you need to get started?
I need administrator access to your Odoo database. Depending on your package, I may also need access to your email provider (to create App Passwords) or your Domain DNS panel (like Cloudflare or GoDaddy) to fix spam issues.
Is my account password and data secure?
Yes. For Gmail and Outlook, we will use secure App Passwords or OAuth2 tokens, so I never see your master password. You can safely change all temporary login credentials once the job is completed.
Why do my Odoo emails go to spam, and can you fix it?
They hit spam because your domain isn't authenticated to send mail from Odoo. In the Standard and Premium packages, I will fix this by configuring your SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records to maximize deliverability.
Do you support mass email relays like SendGrid or Amazon SES?
Yes. If you select the Premium package, I will integrate dedicated high-volume relays like Amazon SES, SendGrid, Mailgun, or Postmark, complete with bounce-tracking webhooks.
