I co-founded INNGROW and run its analytical side: feasibility studies and financial models for hostels, small hotels and short-term rental portfolios, revenue and comp set analysis, due diligence on assets and operating businesses, and management reporting to USALI standards. We launch and operate our own accommodation in Poland, so every method we sell has been tested on our own money before it reaches a client. My working languages are English, Polish, Ukrainian and Russian.
