I worked closely with the team to understand their sales process, customer journey, and daily operations. From there, I designed and optimized their GoHighLevel account to ensure every lead was captured, nurtured, and converted through automated workflows. I also helped organize their CRM, making it easier to track leads, monitor sales opportunities, manage memberships, and launch marketing campaigns. Beyond automation, I continuously optimized workflows and suggested improvements that made the system more efficient as the business grew. Seeing the team operate more efficiently and knowing they could focus on coaching their clients instead of handling repetitive administrative tasks made this project especially fulfilling.
