I am currently working as an Assistant Professor in a Nursing College with experience in teaching and mentoring undergraduate nursing students. I am responsible for delivering lectures in subjects such as Medical-Surgical Nursing, Community Health Nursing, and Maternal and Child Health Nursing. My role includes developing structured lesson plans, preparing academic presentations, and guiding students through both theoretical concepts and clinical practice. I actively supervise students during clinical postings, helping them build practical skills in patient care, documentation, and nursing procedures. I also evaluate assignments, internal assessments, and practical examinations, ensuring academic standards and competency-based learning. Along with teaching, I guide students in case study preparation, care plan development, and academic writing tasks. In addition to my teaching responsibilities, I have contributed to academic development by preparing study materials, lecture notes, and examination support resources that improve student understanding and performance. Furthermore, I have served as a reviewer for academic books in my profession, supporting quality assurance and content refinement.
