What qualitative data analysis software do you use?
I specialize in NVivo 12/14, ATLAS.ti 9/23, and MAXQDA 2022/2024. For each project I recommend the most suitable software based on your data type, research design, and personal preference. You will receive the complete project file in your chosen software along with coded transcripts and a full them
What types of qualitative data can you analyze?
I work with interview transcripts, focus group transcripts, open-ended survey responses, case study documents, field notes, narrative data, and academic or policy documents. If you are unsure whether your data type is suitable, send me a message before ordering and I will advise you immediately.
Do you follow a specific thematic analysis framework?
Yes. I primarily follow Braun and Clarke's (2006) six-phase thematic analysis framework, which is the most widely accepted and academically rigorous approach for qualitative research. I also apply grounded theory coding, content analysis, and framework analysis depending on your research methodology
How many transcripts or documents can you analyze?
Each package has a defined scope. Basic covers up to 10 transcripts, Standard up to 20, and Premium up to 30. If your project exceeds these limits, message me before ordering and I will create a custom offer tailored to your exact dataset size and research needs.
Will my research data remain confidential?
Absolutely. Confidentiality and data privacy are my top priorities. Your transcripts, documents, and research data are used exclusively for your project and are never shared with any third party. If required, I am happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before work begins.
What will I receive when the project is completed?
You will receive the complete NVivo, ATLAS.ti, or MAXQDA project file with full coding structure, coded transcripts organized by themes and subthemes, a detailed thematic analysis report written in academic language, data visualizations including thematic maps and code hierarchy diagrams, and a find
