Über diesen Service
An agency lands a new client.
Then the updates begin: Wheres my project? Can you resend that file? Whats still waiting for approval? As clients grow, scattered emails and spreadsheets make every answer harder to find.
Ill build a Softr client portal connected to Airtable so your clients can find what they need in one place.
Depending on your package, I can create secure client logins, personalized dashboards, project status views, file and resource pages, intake forms, approval workflows, and role-based access.
Ill structure your Airtable data, connect it to the right portal pages, apply your branding, and test the client experience before delivery.
Youll get a portal that helps clients stay informed now and gives your agency a clearer way to manage more accounts later. Tell me how your team works, and Ill shape the portal around your process.
If the delivered work does not meet our agreed requirements, Ill work to fix it or support a refund through Fiverrs resolution process.

FAQ
What can you build with Softr and Airtable?
I can build an agency client portal with secure logins, project dashboards, file access, intake forms, and client-specific views. The features included depend on your package.
Do I need an Airtable database before ordering?
No. I can connect your existing Airtable base or set up the tables needed for your portal.
Can each client see only their own projects and files?
Yes. I can configure user access so clients see the information assigned to them. We’ll agree on the access rules before I build them.
Can you match the portal to my agency’s branding?
Yes. Send your logo, colors, fonts, and any design references, and I’ll apply them to the Softr portal.
Can clients submit forms and track project progress?
Yes. I can add intake or request forms and display project updates from Airtable, according to the package you select.
Can you improve a Softr portal I already have?
Yes. I can update its layout, Airtable connection, dashboards, or user access. Message me with the current setup so I can confirm the scope.
What do you need from me to get started?
Please send your portal goals, the types of users who need access, your desired pages and features, branding assets, and Softr and Airtable access.
