The correct fix depends on the PHP branch, OS and hosting vendor. Some vendors provide backported security patches; other cases may require a migration plan. I'll review this before confirming the work.
Can you check whether my site was compromised?
Standard includes a limited check of common indicators where the required access is available. This does not replace forensic investigation or guarantee that no compromise occurred.
Can you guarantee zero downtime?
No. PHP and WordPress updates can affect compatibility. A verified backup and agreed maintenance window are important.
Do you need my main hosting password?
No. Use a temporary account with the permissions needed for the agreed work. Never send your main password or unnecessary customer data.
Do you remove malware completely?
