I will automate email and support ticket routing with ai classification

Über diesen Service
When everything lands in one shared inbox, urgent problems sit next to routine questions and get answered last. AI fixes the sorting.
WHAT I BUILD
An AI classifier that reads each incoming email or ticket and assigns a category, a priority and an owner
Chain of Thought reasoning, so every decision comes with a short explanation you can audit
An SLA watcher that tracks deadlines and escalates automatically: owner, then team lead, then director
Notifications where your team already works: Telegram, Slack or email
A live log in Google Sheets or a database, so nothing disappears
A REAL EXAMPLE
An e-commerce support team sorted everything by hand. Average response time was around 11 hours and critical issues got buried.
I built two connected n8n workflows: an AI classifier with six categories and four priority levels, plus an SLA watcher with three-level escalation.
Result: response time for critical requests dropped from about 11 hours to a few minutes, no ticket was left without an owner, and the system runs for roughly 20 to 50 USD a month.
Send me a few sample emails and I will show you how they would be classified.

FAQ
How accurate is the classification?
On well-defined categories it typically reaches 90 to 95 percent. I tune it on your real samples before delivery and add a fallback category for anything ambiguous.
Does it reply to customers automatically?
Not by default. It classifies and routes. Automatic draft replies can be added, and a human still approves them before anything is sent.
Do I need to change my helpdesk?
No. The system sits on top of what you already use and connects through the API. Gmail, Outlook, most helpdesks and web forms are supported.
What happens if the AI is unsure?
It assigns a fallback category and flags the ticket for manual review, so nothing is silently misrouted.
