As a Project Manager, I created and launched **Dreamcraft**, an internal motivation and performance platform designed for a company with 15 offices worldwide. The system allowed employees to earn **performance-based coins** according to their work results. These coins could later be exchanged for internal perks such as merchandise, food certificates, cinema tickets, flights, vacations, internal courses, or higher-quality leads to convert into clients. The goal was to create **transparent motivation, healthy competition, and engagement between offices**. Alongside this, I developed internal training programs for all agents, structured from **beginner to advanced levels**, helping them improve their sales skills step by step. Part of the system was an online internal mentoring platform, where agents could use their earned coins to access mentoring sessions and training programs aimed at improving their sales skills and professional growth. I also worked on preparing **top-performing agents to become supervisors**, strengthening supervisors’ leadership and sales management skills, and identifying when leadership changes were needed. The platform also supported **friendly competition between offices**, increasing both motivation and overall performance.
