I am a Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot engineer. I design enrollment so new Windows devices ship to users configured, compliant, and ready for work, without desk-side imaging.
What this gig covers: Autopilot deployment profile design and ESP tuning notes; Entra join or hybrid join guidance; compliance and configuration policy baselines; BitLocker policy; assignment of a short agreed app list; and an enrollment runbook your help desk can follow after handoff.
How we work: you share tenant access (or a guided screen session), device count, join type preference, and the core apps in scope. I build in a pilot ring first, document every policy, and leave you a handoff package. Work is remote with written status updates.
Who this is for: IT teams, MSPs, and consultants who need Autopilot done correctly without a multi-month workshop.
Not included unless we add a Custom Offer: large migrations from another MDM, complex LOB packaging beyond the tier limit, or Conditional Access redesign.

Do you need Global Admin?
I prefer Intune Administrator plus the roles needed for Autopilot and groups. Global Admin is not required if the proper roles are granted.
Entra join or hybrid join?
Either one. Tell me which path you want during requirements. Hybrid join needs on-premises readiness on your side.
Do you train my team?
Premium includes a written handoff and session notes. Live training hours can be arranged through a Custom Offer.
What if my fleet is larger than Premium?
Open a Custom Offer with your device count and app list for a fixed quote or an hourly block.
Do you work with MSPs white-label?
Yes. Your brand stays in front of the client, and I deliver remotely with documentation.
